The operation of Ronald McDonald Houses is funded 100% by donations and various support from many people. The Houses are facilities that provide a place where families can stay at with true peace of mind for 1,000 yen per person per day, reducing the emotional, physical and financial burden on children that are hospitalized or need to visit regularly who are fighting sicknesses every day and the families that support them.
There are 12 Houses nationwide (as of June 2023), built adjacent to and within easy reach of hospitals.

As receipts will be issued, they will be subject to tax deductions.
Support can be offered to specific Houses of your choice such as those in your neighborhood.
One-time donations

Support can be offered at any time that is convenient. Payments can be made using credit cards or through money transfers by downloading, printing and filling out the donation form below and sending it by mail or fax.
Monthly support
(continuous monthly support)
Continuous support starting at 300 yen per month can be offered. Payments can be made using credit cards or by downloading, printing and filling out the donation form below and sending it by mail.
Continuous annual support
(once a year)
Continuous annual support will be of great help. Payments can be made using credit cards. As multiple donations can be made, it is possible to support each House separately.

Changing or discontinuing support/Issuing of receipts
*The amount of monthly/annual fixed donations can be changed and support can be discontinued at any time.

*Receipts for tax returns will be sent to those registered for monthly support in late January or early February each year for the previous year and to others on a case-by-case basis at the time of payment.

McDonald's in-store donations
Did you know that there are donation boxes in front of cash registers at McDonald's restaurants to support Ronald McDonald Houses? If you see a blue donation box, please chip in! Your donations are a big support for children battling illnesses and their families.
Donations via McDonald's official app (Donation for mobile ordering/ Coupons with donations for Happy Meals®)
Donations can also be made through the official McDonald's app. There are two ways to do so: by choosing the amount to be donated when making credit card payments for mobile ordering or donating 10 yen for each Happy Meal purchased by using coupons with donations for Happy Meals.
Yahoo! online donations
Donations can be made easily using T-Points. Donations start from 1 point for T-Points and 100 yen for credit cards. A choice can be made between one-time support and continuous monthly support. Please read the notes on the entry form and fill in the necessary information before applying.
SoftBank Tsunagaru Bokin
Those using smartphones can make donations along with their cell phone bills or by using Softbank points. Donations can be made to the Houses via SoftBank Mobile. Those using smartphones not from Softbank can make donations using credit cards.
au Kantan Kessai (SMS) Bokin [Easy payment donations]
Donation can be made using Ponta points or together with cell phone bills via au Kantan Keissai. Click here on au cell phones and send with the SMS screen opened as is. After doing so, tap the link automatically sent back and follow the procedures to complete the donation.
J-Coin Pay Pochitto Bokin
Donations can be made to the Houses using the J-Coin Pay app. After clicking the donation icon of the app, select donation project Ronald McDonald House from the list and enter the amount to be donated and a message in the project overview.
BOOKOFF Kimochi-to.
Kimochi-to. has the appraisal amount of items not longer needed be donated. Items subject to this program include books, CDs, DVDs, games, toys, hobby items, brand-name goods, jewelry and small household appliances. Goods will be reused and the appraisal amount will be donated to the Houses along with your thoughts.

We ask that daily necessities be donated to Ronald McDonald Houses that have many people staying. Please see the Wish List and contact each House directly if there are any goods that can be offered. The list can be found on the website for each house.
Daily necessities/toys to be placed on Heartful Carts
Activities where daily necessities for hospitalized children and families staying with them are placed on Heartful Carts and handed out for free are being carried out. We ask that household items and toys to be placed on carts be donated. (Please see here for details.)
