Ronald McDonald House Charities Japan will participate as a donation recipient for Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon 2025 Charity.
The support gained through Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon 2025 Charity will lead to the smiles of children battling illnesses and their families!!

For Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon 2025 Team RMHC Charity Runners, priority quota has been secured for Team RMHC Charity Runners of Tokyo Marathon 2026 [to be held on Sunday, March 1, 2026]. We ask for your support through both of these events! For more information, click here.
Ronald McDonald Houses are funded solely by donations and run by volunteers.
The donations raised through Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon 2025 Charity will be used to operate Houses and Family Rooms that support children battling illnesses and their families.
We look forward to having runners enter.

Date: Sunday, October 19, 2025
Course: Half marathon course with start/goal line at Japan National Stadium

◇ Regarding the Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon 2025 Charity
The Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon Charity is operated in cooperation with the Tokyo Marathon Foundation and donation organizations to create a legacy that will lead to solutions for diversifying social issues through sports charities.
■ Requirements to Participate in the Charity
Those 18 years old and above as of the day of Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon 2025 *The requirements to participate are in accordance with the Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon 2025 Application Requirements/Terms.
■ How to Participate in the Charity
Participation is possible by making donations through the Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon Charity.
Those donating 50,000 yen or more and wish to do so may participate in Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon 2025 as Charity Runners to promote charity activities. *A separate participation fee of 13,200 yen (participation fee + administrative fee + tax) will be required.
◇ How to Apply for the Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon 2025 Charity
■ Application Period
11am, Friday, April 25 to Tuesday, May 20, 2025 (For donations only, until 5:00pm, Friday, May 23, 2025)
■ Application Flow (Please see the flow chart below.)
① Please apply via the application form. (Deadline: Tuesday, May 20)
② After receiving email regarding [Application/Payment] via the registered email address, please make payments accordingly. (Payment deadline: Wednesday, May 21)
③ After making payments and receiving email regarding [Runner Entry] via the registered email address, please complete runner entry procedures by 5:00pm, Friday, May 23 accordingly.
When ③ is completed by the deadline, applicants will be confirmed to be runners.

◇ Determining Team RMHC Charity Runners

■Method of Determination
1) Donations of 50,000 yen or more per person
2) In order of application
However, please note that the priority quota for Tokyo Marathon 2026 Charity Runners will be determined based on the donation amount for Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon 2025. (For details, see here.)

*Information on the runners chosen and making payments for donations after applying will be sent to registered email addresses in due course. (Please note that applications sent in on Saturday and Sunday will be responded to on the following Monday.)
*Receiving of applications will be closed when the number of applicants is reached, even during the donation application period.
★ Those that chose Ronald McDonald House as the donation organization and have applied as Charity Runners will be offered various benefits such as exclusive goods!
Benefit ① Run wearing Team RMHC T-shirts!
All runners that have entered as Team RMHC Charity Runners and will be offering their support will be presented with Team RMHC exclusive T-shirts.
Let’s finish the race together with fellow runners sharing the same thoughts.
*The design is a sample. The 2025 event will use a new design.
Benefit ② RMHC exclusive goods will be offered!
RMHC exclusive goods will be offered. Please wear them to raise awareness towards RMHC.
Benefit ③ Those participating as Charity Runners will be offered a lounge exclusively for Charity Runners (shared with other donation organizations).
*All benefits will not be offered to those only making donations.
